PULSE Advisory designs systems that work for every person who depends on them. This website, and the way we work with you, is held to the same standard.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across pulseops.health, in keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California law.

What we have done

• Text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Color contrast that meets WCAG AA for text.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
• Clear heading structure and labeled form fields.
• No auto-moving content, and reduced motion for visitors who request it.

Working with PULSE

Accessibility extends to every consultation and engagement. Accommodations are provided at no cost to you.

• Meetings by video or phone. Video sessions can run with live captions.
• In-person meetings at your practice or at an accessible location we choose together. Service animals are welcome.
• Assessments, documents and deliverables in an accessible format on request, such as large print, an accessible PDF, a Word document or plain text.
• Written summaries after meetings, extra time, or a slower pace whenever it helps.
• Sign language interpreters or real-time captioning, arranged together with reasonable advance notice.

Tools from other providers

Some features run on third-party platforms, including Google Calendar booking, Stripe payments, the PULSE Assembly client portal and LinkedIn. Each provider manages its own accessibility. If one is hard to use, we will complete the step with you another way, by email or phone.

Our record

We review accessibility whenever pages change and review this statement every year. PULSE keeps a dated record of accessibility reviews and updates, so improvements are tracked over time.
