pulseops.health. How PULSE Advisory uses AI.

PULSE Advisory is RN-founded and led by one advisor. AI is a tool in that work. The judgment, the relationships, and the responsibility stay with Leigh Ann Wilson, RN. This disclosure works together with the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

How AI supports the work.

• Research. Finding and summarizing regulations, standards, and published research. Leigh Ann checks findings against the original sources.
• Drafting. First drafts of workflows, SOPs, training materials, proposals, and PULSE Insights. Leigh Ann reviews, edits, and finalizes every deliverable.
• Organization. Structuring notes, project plans, and documentation so every engagement stays clear and organized.
• Design. Some images and graphics on this site and in PULSE materials are created or enhanced with AI. They are illustrative and do not depict real clients or patients.

What stays with Leigh Ann.

• Every recommendation, decision, and system design.
• Every client conversation. Clients and visitors speak with Leigh Ann directly, never with a chatbot or automated assistant.
• Final review and approval of every deliverable before it reaches a client.
• The client relationship, and responsibility for the work.

How information is protected.

• Business accounts. AI tools run under business accounts with data-protection terms. Client content is kept private to PULSE Advisory and is not used to train public AI models.
• No patient information. Protected health information and patient-identifying details are never entered into AI tools. Patient-level work happens inside the client’s own EHR.
• Same security standard. AI tools follow the PULSE security policy, including multi-factor authentication and access controls on every business account.

Your choice.

Questions about AI use are welcome before any agreement is signed. A client who prefers that AI not be used on their engagement may say so, and the scope and timeline are adjusted together.
